At Happy Acres Farm, we work very hard to provide our customers with a good, quality product. We understand that sometimes things go wrong.

We will work with each and every customer on an individual basis to resolve any issues.

We do require that all returned items be approved.

All plants are packaged and shipped by indivitual orders. We must be contacted withing 24 hrs. from you receiving any damaged plants. All containers and shipping box's must be returned for review of claim.
